I just wanted to give a quick thanks to Zac for the last month of our work together.
It’s true that while he only came on board for our email marketing, that he constantly offers complete marketing consultations every step of the way during the work process.

First, I was really impressed with how quickly Zac could dig deep into this project and understand what was required.

“Evergreen Electrical has engaged Zac to help us with 3 different marketing projects so far.
Some sales emails, a solar direct mail campaign to our old (3+ year old leads) with a supporting sales telephone script campaign, and to write capability statements for our different services.
His sales emails were very well written. Our Klaviyo statistics show he was getting a consistent 35-45% open rate which for us was absolutely fantastic, especially considering the age of this compiled list. Most leads were 3 or more years old and had basically never been contacted in that time.
Zac’s sales emails were dragging a lot of interest and response from these very old customers and leads. This was especially pleasing because our offer was moderately expensive, selling smoke alarm systems well into the $100s.
Zac also gave us incredible guidance getting all this email stuff ready and set up inside of Klaviyo, our new email service provider. Zac offered to scrub and clean our lists, then warm up our new email account so we didn’t go to people’s spam. He also showed us an incredible tactic so we didn’t get ANY spam complaints. Again, this was emailing leads well over 3 years old who had basically never heard from us at all.
Then, Zac advised us on a direct mail campaign to similarly very old 3+ year old past customers.
His direct mail campaign converted at just over 34%! (Exactly 300 responses from a bit less than 900 customers mailed). This was incredible and took a huge burden off our in-house telephone team because these customers were directed to our a special webpage which Zac wrote the copy for as well.
Finally, Evergreen Electrical was very pleased with the telephone sales script Zac wrote for us. We were closing at about 75% success rates.
More importantly, Zac’s after-sales support was fantastic. He offered to listen in on recorded sales-calls to tweak the script wherever necessary, as we both accepted a successful and working phone sales script is a continuing effort, not a total success from the very beginning.
